With a steep rise in the cases of diabetes in India, we need to have a healthy diet plan adhering to the persmissible calorie intake per day. We can make it a little exciting by playing with the recepies and creating a new dish everytime to suit an individuals requirement.My experience as a housewife and a cook for over 20 years ,I have mastered the art of preparing dishes keeping in mind the multiple health problems caused by junk and unhealthy food.
